Black bear or grizzly?

Saw this bear yesterday. I’m not sure if it’s a normal black bear or a young grizzly. What you all say?

Snout looks a bit more like a Blackie.

Go lift up its tail and look closer at the lenght/width.

It looks to be a Black Bear but I wouldn't be confident enough to shoot it on a black bear tag.

Black! Boom! Ah, crap! That happens all too often and the media has a field day with it.

Yep, I'd say it's a black bear BUT I'd get a way better look or not shoot.

I would lean towards black bear, but not enough to pull the trigger if I were somewhere with both and only able to shoot one or the other.

Only way I'd shoot that bear is if I was in desperate need of a pillow case.

I'm pretty confident it's a black bear.
