Semi-Guided Coues Deer Hunts Available in Sonora, MX

Mexico Outfitter, Michael Ronning, has a few semi-guided coues deer hunts available in Sonora, MX for December 2023 through the 1st week of February 2024.
Several different ranches available to hunt. Depending on how many hunters in your group you will have the ranch to yourself or you will be grouped together with other hunters. Deer harvested on these ranches average 100". Recently harvested deer have scored 90"- 125". Pictures are of deer harvested this past year on other similar ranches.
Price is $3500 per tag and includes firearm permit, deer tag, importation paperwork, as well as cook and food. You will be met at the border and escorted to the ranch and upon completion of the hunt you will be escorted back to the border.

anyone on here do this hunt. Just wonder if the semi guide ranch are as good for bucks like in the pictures.

We’ve done this hunt 2 years now with him. We have next year planned also. Lalo is great to hunt with and will work very hard to find big bucks for you. The last buck pictured is one we killed this year.

But did you do a guide hunt or this dyi hunt. I am wondering if the dyi ranch is as good as were he guides on

The only hunts we do are the DIY / Semi -guided hunts. I do not do any guided hunts myself down there. The same guy, Lalo that was mentioned above by 365hunt will be the same guy on your hunt if you decide to go. All the pictures above were the DIY hunts from last year. Here are a few more DIY pictures all from this last year.

I'm not sure I fully understand if this is a Guided, Semi-guided or DIY hunt. Do they show you around the ranch and then your on your own, Is this Lalo with you the whole time and giudes? Can someone explian how this works? Also, how many tags are allowing per hunt per ranch? Thanks, Mike
