Wasatch elk late season info

Going to help a friend next week. Scouting trips have not been very productive. Any info on bull sightings in this unit would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

I’m seeing less bulls and smaller bulls than normal——in the usual spots. Once this storm lifts it’s going to change things I bet. Like shaking a—-wait for it—-snow globe. Haha.

From my experience, finding late season bulls is more about knowing where they like to hang out after the rut...Private land, nasty canyons, dark timber, etc. (cozy up to Stubaby)
If you are seeing lots of cows, you are looking in the wrong place. They won't generally be in obvious glassing spots so look deep. Best of luck.

This bull was a Wasatch bull.

He lived through a bit this year.

Broad heads and muzzy billets found in him. As well as multiple gore holes.
