In my experience, when you see a buck that’s reaching into the mid 80’s Frame, you should know it immediately. They just LOOK big at first glance.
A high 160s low 170s buck with a 12-13" inline is my gut impression. Really neat looking buck

I guarantee you that buck had the Wow factor when you first saw him! That many inches, with short beams, is a lot of everything else!

I actually wasn’t in the field with my friend first hand on that day but I did order the #17 ultimate porker sandwich at my local Jimmy Johns that week so I kinda was with him in spirit and as well helped in the fiscal demands for his hunt.

I completely agree with you as mentioned in my Post # 17. This is just for fun. To me, there is "nice", there is "Big" and then there is "Holy &@!$" type bucks. haha. I like seeing them all. If you cant tell, I am very excited for this fall.

Gorgeous buck! Even though it tends to pull the numbers down on the score sheet, I'm a sucker for those old bucks with the g2s on the downhill so that the g3 height ends up higher on the back forks
That was Kaibab 4 years ago, at check station The Game and Fish said they thought it was 7 1/2 year old. He was a tank and I don't know how they make it through so many hunting seasons. I think he was smart , He was in a tiny pocket ,bottom of a thick ravine with 2 does during the rut. Maybe he didn't come out in the open that much....................................BULL!
