Winter Storm

Looks like there is a pretty major winter storm coming over the next two days. Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado. Some areas expect snow of 10 to 20 inches.

In much of Wyoming it might be interesting for the rifle elk opener on the 15th.

In North Central Wyoming the storm is supposed to be over Wednesday and mostly sunny after that, conditions could be good after that.

Hopefully it will get some deer moving.

Supposed to be 16 degrees on opening day (deer) where we'll be. I'll need a balaclava under the flat brim....

Here in SUNNY Southern Cal high today 61 low 31

Had high winds yesterday that turned into a huge dust storm.
At time couldn't see the house across the street.

I was out yesterday morning. It will take a lot more cold and snow to trigger an early migration. Last year, the snow was 2 ft deep with temps near zero, before I saw much indication of deer migration. Just sayin...mh
