I bought an antelope tag for my girl since she struck out in the draw. This was her first hunt for antelope and we were both excited to make memories.
This was the buck that we were targeting. On the first morning, we found him bedded on a ridge, we made a long stalk on him closing the distance to 400 yards before a group of smaller bucks busted us and ran him out of the country. We relocated him and got closer only to find out that he was on some state land. We decided to try to find a buck that we had seen at first light. We located him right away and she droped the hammer on him at 250. Im so proud of her! As always looking forward to many more hunts with her.
