With Eastern Oregon moving to draw this year for archery deer we put in for our normal area as a second choice and we all received our tags. A fire burned our normal area so we had to move north and hunt new country. Some of the restrictions were lifted on the third day of our hunt and I was able to slip into some familiar country. I arrowed this buck sitting a little water seep that I had a camera on. This is my best archery deer to date.
