Wife's First Archery Elk

It was a great opening weekend for us. We were into elk every hunt, lots of bugling. My wife has been at the archery elk hunting game for 7+ years and had all sorts of issues. We finally pulled it together this weekend. It was a great shot at 28 yards and a short blood trail. A mile pack and her elk season is over on day 3.

The video really captured her emotions.

Yeah it is a blast to have around. He is always packing that thing. When we take a break he uses it to shoot pine cones etc.

Yeah I am certain it has been 7 but maybe 8 years of actual hunting. She just had bad luck.
