Was able to pick up my 2020 new Mexico archery buck from the taxidermist today. Remington at Dream Keeper Taxidermy did a great job.

I name all my mounts, this one is named "yote" [yo-tee] the reason he gets this name is I shot the buck a bit back getting liver and he ran a long ways, but I was unable to recover him that evening and had to leave him over night, well the coyote's found him first and ate their fill.

Seemed fitting to name him after the experience.

way to take it back from the dogs...... nice kickers

Good looking deer jake. I got to ask.. what’s on that elks nose. Frost.
That elk mount is still drying after he put the hide on, it's got pins in it and still needs painted. The nose is just dry from the tanning process.

Another archery buck left over night to be eatin by coyotes. Great buck, but what a waste.
Yeah cause rifle hunters don't wound game for the coyote's to get to. What an ignorant comment. I took home and ate 3/4 of that deer, not a waste at all. So kindly stfu.

I don't know what stfu means, but it sounds like I struck a nerve.
Just tired of stupid comments trying to pit archery vs rifle when in reality both wound game. And if you didn't notice the picture on the tailgate there is a pack full of meat sitting there. Nothing wasted.

and he tasted delicious by the way.

And with all due respect I said "kindly" stfu. You can Google the meaning.

Ketchup? Wtf?

Nice mounts, even cooler on the wood wall!!

I'm sure the half you salvaged tasted great after souring over night with the guts still in him. I'm guessing that's what the ketchup was all about. So kindly STFU!
Yes, he was delicious.

Lmao, figured out what stfu means I see. Good for you now run along and go troll somewhere else. Or better yet, Quit being an a$$hole.

I'm not trolling anyone, and I'm sorry if you got butt hurt reading my comments. This is America and I'm entitled to my opinion. So FYCS.

Great buck and mount... congrats. I wouldn't worry about the troll... he claims to be from America but he's actually from California. Lost soul... Ed F

Yes it is America and you are entitled to your opinions, shame you use it to be a d!ck to your fellow hunters.

Like I said rifle hunters lose game too, that's why your comment was so ignorant and stupid.

I did everything in my power to recover and retrieve my buck not ashamed of it and figured I would share my experience.

You chose to take a pot shot at me with your comment and try and put down archery hunting in the process.

Hope you like being an enemy to hunting because that is exactly what comments like yours is. Keep pitting yourself against other hunters because you dislike there methods.
