Drop tines are on different antlers. If the photos are taken in the same year, these are different bucks.

I'm not aiming to trick, it IS the same buck. I was just wondering which one you rather get after.
The droptine jumping sides is interesting though, huh?

In the bottom picture he looks bigger bodied - suppose that is the second year. He looks like he has probably reached his full antler potential. Would be a great buck to chase - a bit smaller from what you usually take but much bigger than what I usually take

Though I agree the top one looks bigger, I'll go after buck #2 since all of you will be stumbling over each other going after #1. I like my odds.

Kind of cool that he looks like a mirror image of himself where things are just flipped. Even the extras on the non-dropper side kind of reverse.

I would have been happy to kill him either year.
