I dont post often but wanted to share my sons Iowa Gun 1 deer. On the first day of the hunt he got busted by an Iowa Giant that I had hunted the year before. Not being able to get a shot at that buck broke his heart. He was a bruiser that had a split G2 and 10 inch eye guards. He probably scored 170. I joked with him that the buck now haunts both our dreams. The next day when this buck came by he couldn't hold back. He scores in the low 140s and my son was thrilled!
