Nope, I just went and found a good piece of wood and then sawed the bottom so it would stand! This is my last resort though until I can shoulder mount the big buck :/@buckrush I like that. Did you spray anything on the wood? Difficult to get it to stand?
I'll have to keep an eye out while in the hills.
Yeah cause the Ag station people are real scrupulous in their efforts.California is a pain ,you have to really clean to bring in a Euro skull back from out of state
Man that looks like a future of broken skull plates to me. On a side note, I paid my sister to clean my house once and she tripped on a shed horn and fell into a euro mount on the floor........she nearly bled out ???Still waiting on a couple pieces to mount the last two euros, but I'm liking how it turned out.

Looks good, I'm working on a couple for elk, and I know I'm going to need weight on the base.Still waiting on a couple pieces to mount the last two euros, but I'm liking how it turned out.

I've got the same deer picture....you've got good taste, sir!Drift wood with 3/4 in wooden dowels to hold up the skull. Very easy and affordable, the bigger the piece of drift wood, the more racks you can put on the wood.
