My dad and brother hunted hard in CO for a buck worth hanging a tag on. After spending 3 days scouting they had not turned up any bucks that got them excited.
Opening day came and went as they watch a few of the borderline bucks get shot by other hunters. A little discouraged they kept hunting hard and were able to locate this big typical. My dad was able to get on him and tag his biggest buck to date.
I was not able to go out there with them on this trip and it was hard being home trying to get updates with bad cell service.. My brother spent a lot of time the last year researching, scouting, and planning the logistics for the trip.
Super happy it worked out for them and thought I would share. Who doesn't like pictures of big rutted up bucks.
