Couldn't take it any more, dropped this deer this morning around 8:00 am. Shot him at 30 yards straight to my left, the deer trotted about 7 yards and just stood there and looked around like "what happened" then started weaving and staggering forward. Made a quarter circle and ended up 20 yards directly in front of my stand. Took about 45 seconds, it was kind of sad to watch.

Congrats, that’s a great one! I was wondering how big a one you were going to be able to get. Looks like you are in whitetail heaven

Nice buck 12pointer! Still got a tag left? Did you send your buddy that had 3 chances at him pics??

Got 2 tags left. Gonna use my landowner tag for shotgun season (starts a week from today) that way I can hunt both first and second season. Use my second for muzzleloader which ends Jan. 10th.
Yes sent Him pictures, what's bad is he was going to stay till Tuesday but he killed a young 12 on Sat. morning That he had already passed up three times so he left on Sunday. Killed it Monday morning in the stand he'd been in for 2&1/2 weeks.
Here's the latest picture of drooper.

No, He's 280 yards southeast of the corner my property and my stand is 70 yards in from the corner. If you look at the first picture of the buck I killed, behind me you'll see an open field and a timbered draw behind that. It's the same draw in the background of the picture of drooper.

So close and yet so far.:(

Congrats on a very nice Whitetail!! I have 3 preference points and if that one makes it, I will help you put a tag on him! ;)

You always kill some studs 12! Been checking MM a little less frequent the last couple weeks, but when I saw you posted, I knew it would be a stud! Congrats again!
