Great job, Blank! Redfish on the half-shell over mesquite coals is pretty darn tasty! Fried is good, too... Where are the coast did you catch em? We usually tear em up in POC. Happy eating!
It’s funny how tastes vary. I prefer sea trout over redfish. Finer meat and tasty. My buddy boats thousands of reds a year, but really loves flounder!!! Anything wrapped in meal or batter and fried is a winner tho!!!!!
