Wondering if the Ride is even better as they Claim?

The Power Steering as Good as Others?

Any Issues with the EFI?

I Can Plainly See The New Hunt/Camo Edition Gun Carrier Wouldn't Last One Season on the SMOOTH Trails We have!

Your Thoughts?

Good?

Bad?

Ugly?

I love my Yamaha Grizzly 660, but I'm definitely ready to upgrade to some type of EFI, my Griz gets finicky above 8000 feet.

Hey PUNK?

Has It Ever Been Re-Jetted for High Altitude/6,000'-10,000'?

We've got a few YAMAHA'S & Never a problem at High Elevations!

They are CARB rather than EFI!

I've never rejetted it because I use it more at 5000 and lower as well.
Maybe there's a happy medium for it?

I had a 700 grizzly. Which is the finest atv ever made. Major mistake selling it.

My boy rides a polaris. 500 ho

Im not wild about the single lever brakes.

Polaris fluids are a pain in the ass.

The racks are chincy, but they work.

But. It starts. It rides nice.

I sure wish ID just kept that grizzly though

Mine has been great, but when I load it down with 2 people and hunting gear at high altitudes, it'll act up on steep climbs and has put me in a few uncomfortable situations.

The efi on the 700 is a major improvement over what was, the 660, the best wheeler on the market

Hey Hossy!

You Can't Run One Brake with Your Hand & One with your Foot?

At Least The POLARIS Has A Brake Lock on the Hand Brake Lever!

The Racks on the YAMAHA's Ain't Nothing to BRAGG About Either!

I Broke My 500 H.O.'s Back!(Rear Stabilizer Bar!)

I Think I've got Some Bushings on the Front of My Polaris that are about gone!

I Believe the YAMAHA is the Tougher Machine!

But The Ride of the Polaris is hard to beat!

They say this New 570 is even Smoother?

uh....no...but the 1993 explorer 350 with the 1997 explorer 400 engine in it might be right up your ally....all chain drive rules....

and 2 strokes kick ass...

1993 explorer, 2003 sportsman 6x6, 2006 carburated ranger 500, 2007 ranger 700, 2012 ranger 800 6x6.....all are thoroughly wore out but they all run....make an offer....lol

Just sold my Honda Foremen Rubicon EPS, PS and auto Tranny...loved it. I have had 2-Artic Cat 500's and a 750EFI Polaris. The Polaris was fun to ride but broke down three times along way from my Pickup...long walk.

starter engaged while I was riding at about 10-12 MPH...kinda ugly, Selonoid failed while I was stopped to hunt out a draw-no back up rope pull starter, fuel pump failed..which is located in the fuel tank..thought that was a odd place for it.

I See!

In 2012 I Bought one of the Last Carburetor Models 500 HO!

Shyed away from the New EFI at the time to give em time to perfect it!

And Don't Get Mad about the Fuel Pumps being in the Gas Tanks or You'll be mad at Your Cars & Trucks as Well!

I Do like the Machines that have the Pull Rope Option!

On My Polaris you can pull the Lower Side Panel & Wrap a Rope around it & Still start it,I've never had to do it yet,but yes, pain!

Maybe it depends on how you treat your machine, and what maintenance you do. I have a sportsman that I've owned for 15 years and never had a problem. Been in some pretty gnarly places.

My machines spent 90% of their time on BLM or ranch roads and never over 35 MPH...I am an old grandpa...now my wife is another story. That girl is crazy on an ATV. ELK...I never get mad at a machine....unless we are talking about the exhaust system on my Ford 350...early on.

Well do you like riding a rinding lawnmower lol cause that's a Polaris jk! can am are nice I've had the side by side and wheeler. Super Smooth suspension, the upsets are comfortable for passengers. The different modes for power steering.built to last!!! Awesome accessories, ect nothing bad to say haha

Hey DBG!

I Take it You've Never Road a Solid Axle Honda in the Rough Country?

Honda's are Quality Built!

Or at Least they Were Before they started having CHINA Build some of their Stuff!

But The Ride that Homer Mentions!

Can’t spell Polaris without POS.

buy a Can or a Honda. And you won’t ever look back.

I haven’t tried the new one. But this is my Polaris 700 EFI. It has over 8000 miles on it. It has never let me down. But I take care of it. Look really close at the picture. You can see my Red 700 EFI under they elk. Packed to whole elk out in one shot. My boys said it was the easiest pack out in years. Got to love desert hunting. ? I don’t think you can do this with a Honda ! ??

Yeah I had a 1987 Honda four trax 350 with solid front and rear. I don’t worry to much about the ride as much as reliability.

a “rough ride” is not as hard on me as walking out.

you said it yourself Honda’s are for “tune ups” the reason Polaris isn’t...... because they don’t make it that far!

LOL DBG!

That Honda ever Rattle Your Teeth?:D

Question for the CAN-AM Lovers:

Why Didn't they Call Them SKI-DOO'S?

No Doubt The CAN-AM'S are Probably Number one on HorsePower!

In My Eyes the Honda's Have Always been a Quality Machine but have always been behind the Times with their Suspension!

Carry On!

Can Am made motorcycles 40 years ago or so - I just assumed they wanted to resurrect the brand.

I want to say they were "ok" on the track, but I can't remember for sure. That was so long ago Bulltaco's were still winning and there was no such thing as an "Elsinore" yet.

Jeezus I'm old.

Honestly with today's technology and how things are being made each machine has its unique little feature but they all ride about the same. if you get a new one you can't tell a difference in them all I'm sure.i Just know people from California like Polaris ;)
