Idaho Bear spring hunt

Has anybody heard when or if they will
Start selling spring Bear tags for
Non residents?

I believe the spring bear hunt will be over before it happens.

We should be leaving for our yearly bear hunt Friday, but not happening. No tags ?.

This is tuff. Love this first hunt of the year.

I am hoping they open it up by this next Monday.
All offices are closed thru Friday the 15th.
So maybe By Monday they will to get back to work.

As of 15 May you can purchase the non-resident license, see you all in Idaho in two weeks!!!!!

Well, first year hunting idaho, and it was a bit humbling. Im used to washington where a guy can see half a dozen bear in one morning in the spring, and maybe 1 or 2 deer, or very rarely an elk. Just spent 3 days hunting in unit 1, exploring lots of ground ive never set foot in. Saw a ridiculous number of elk and muleys, some whitetail and moose, but couldnt find a bear to save my life until 10am today. Scrawny old sow with a real nice coat. Going back sunday to hit some 2 bear units to work on my second tag. Ill be hunting all new ground again.
