Usually as most know that see my pics I hunt turkeys with bow or crossbow exclusively...decided to change it up this year, 1st bird was with the Mathews Vertix, this is #2 and did with the old 870..what a rush, almost stumbled right in to 3 Jake's and this longbeard.. I was able after an initial gobble to retreat to a spot I could throw out a decoy and barely got a call out when they all piled right in on the decoy...Heart was pounding and the show started..Finally the big guy cleared the Jake's and BOOM!!! , was a rush for sure...now I'm planning on the remaining season dedicated to the crossbow
