Anyone that actually researched and looked at the tag numbers would switch to muzzy over rifle if they are not in the very top end of the preference pool for rifle. Rifle tags cut to where odds are like a needle in a hay stack to draw, plus just a 5 day hunt. More tags added to muzzleloader...

I'm with you on that one woodruffhunter. They are on the bucket list and need to research and find a place to start hunting them!!!

Kind of with you this year one_dryboot. Have 3 good hunts with family and friends already. Also a high possibility for a 3rd season Colorado deer with one of my son's. Should be a full fall. If one of my sons drew a long shot elk we will make it happen and enjoy, but probably better next year...

Just recieved my wife's successful email - 8:35 pm.

Pretty tough wait. 2 applicant's had 1 point more then wife and her and 8 others had her point pool of 28 points. Takes forever with the limited number of tags given yearly.

Yep. Drew what the backdoor showed. 2 son's drew the general season muzzy deer tags. I drew my Dedicated hunters tag. Wife drew her limited Bull Moose tag after 29 years 😅

Wow, that was tough to read. Can only try to imagine how it was for you, your family and your sweet daughter. Sorry for your loss and what you all went through. Prayers sent your way. Always remember the good times and the memories. I'm sure she is in a better place and pain free now.

I hope not. My card was hacked Sunday and I had it shut down and waiting for a new card so I can change card info in Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. I hate criminal minded POS's. Good luck to all in the draws.
