Never once been to the San juan but I'm saying San juan 100% over Vernon just based off the pictures of bucks I see come off each unit every year. I hunted the Vernon with my son a couple years ago and spent a ton of time out there since i only live 45 minutes from the unit and he shot a 170"...

Ya I feel bad for the kids considering my kids are friends with his kids so I've basically chalked it up to a loss but still pisses me off that he really shows no interest in trying to make anything right with people.

Been plenty of guys stop by his house he either has his kids lie for him and say he's not home or gives you some bull $hit story about how he's gonna go through everything and start returning people their stuff next week or whatever time frame he wants to tell you.
