25 NR points didn’t do it for Pauns muzz so the no scope thing didn’t help.. my 3 boys who all have 18 or more points didn’t draw anything either for deer. We all struck out on all other species.

26 years of Utah apps and still no love…..

I guess I’m pretty lucky as all my kids hunt and at least one have been with me when I harvested most of the animals. So they have at least vested memories in most of the mounts. Plus they all have big homes with plenty of room. I’m very fortunate and blessed.

Got my 50 + in last year between my deer hunts and my sons deer hunt and elk hunt. Plus spending time up at our property in the mountains. All but the late deer and elk hunts were spent out on the XXL cot and bag under the stars, just the way I like it. Hopefully 2023 will be more of the same.

1, the one on the left in my avatar. The one on the right is just barely short of 190. Lots of 160’s and a few 170’s but 180+ is a little tougher to come by. Was a meat hunter for to long I guess? Now that I can hold out I can’t get after it quite as hard as I used to ( old age, knee...
