    I should know this but don’t and am having trouble finding the information. What are the start and end dates to purchase points only for non-residents? Due to my daughter getting married in September, we are only going to be applying for points this year.

    Yes, you can from Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and if I’m not mistaken, South Africa too. Tanzania not yet but there is some expectation that eventually from there too. USFWS is approving import permits again.
