Are you saying wyoming doesn't produce bulls over 400"? And I bet there's a few areas wyoming that would damn sure give any state a run for their money on the shear number of 350"+ bulls in one unit
I read that article. Pretty funny. The one comment I read under it said "ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law fine him" might be some truth to that.
All I know for sure is there are allot of people that will never get to hunt moose or bighorn sheep in the west or any of the big 5 so any tag issued to non residents is a privilege beyond what you guys arguing about your entitlement seem to comprehend.
No I think if you bought your place in line they would of sent you a license dated for the year you were supposed to hunt. But you didn't you bought a point
Also I don't know why you're concerned with what wyo does. Your state doesn't even allow non resident elk hunting or sheep hunting and resident archery deer hunters and pheasant hunters get a head start. What else am I missing
