Depends on the intensity of the burn, but usually the grass starts growing back pretty quickly. 1 year after a burn can be great hunting.

I would guess the opposite, i would consider packing out part of hunting.

I would double down on habitat. 1 good winter isn’t fixing decades of drought or the effects it’s had on deer populations. Not sure what humans can do to fix it but that’s where I would start.
