You are not wrong. I just took a look at the amount of deer preference points held by non-residents (I believe the amount of elk points are similar). Those with 1 point - 35,163 2 points - 29,333 3- points - 23,546 4- points - 16,895...

I agree 100%! As much as I like my Teryx, I HATE the noise.

I have a Tacoma and a 4-runner and they are both great. However, I guess I have to disagree with those that say a Tacoma is "better" than a side by side for getting around in the hills. I would much rather have my Teryx and it will get me in more places than the tacoma or 4-runner. With that...

We will be there with my dad. He cannot hike too far but we will make the best of it. Looking forward to it! One of the best parts about the upcoming hunt is that he does not really care about score. He will be happy with any bull (except a spike ha ha...). Good luck to those who drew!

Great choice and congrat's! I am not too mad and actually a bit relieved, to a degree, in that I can help my dad with his unit 100 hunt. I also have an Arizona elk tag that I unexpectedly drew. Good luck with the hunt and let us know how you do!

I have double checked and I did not draw in the Regular (draw) unit 58, with max points. Last year, it was 100% with Max and 75% with one under max. :unsure: I am still very happy that my dad drew. Unit 100 will be great for him so all is great. Congrat's to those of you who drew!

Bookcliffs Roadless Elk - 12 points (If I draw, I hope Bess has a good backpack). La Sal Mountain Goat - 1 point Kids and wife have a bunch of points but not even close to being in the max point pool. Biggest mistake I’ve made was starting 2 of my sons with moose points.
