Seems like theres a bit of a backdoor for the state to see what firearms are owned by what individuals in there.
My assumption would be that it would be an after the fact ticket. Theres no way to enforce it prior to an issue occurring unless they know for certain you own weapons and don't have coverage. Just more BS they can't enforce. How would this even be enforced?
Or they make us show proof of Ins when applying for any gun license? My assumption would be that it would be an after the fact ticket. Theres no way to enforce it prior to an issue occurring unless they know for certain you own weapons and don't have coverage. Just more BS they can't enforce.
I could definitely see them asking for proof of insurance at the checkout counter. How long before mandatory in home inspections becomes a thing?Or they make us show proof of Ins when applying for any gun license?
Also the feds have a record of any firearm purchase we all legally made in like the last 25 years.
Just more bullshit and hurdles
Nothing to see here.......I could definitely see them asking for proof of insurance at the checkout counter. How long before mandatory in home inspections becomes a thing?
How would this even be enforced?
No...this is some genius sh!t from the evil left....The hard way, when your guns are stolen you can’t report them and your insurance claim will be denied.
This is some stupid ****!
100% agreeNo...this is some genius sh!t from the evil left....
We have same here in California. We share many of same problems, green left making laws, States increasingly run by non-traditional amerikans.Seems like theres a bit of a backdoor for the state to see what firearms are owned by what individuals in there.
What you saying Bob?Isn't having auto insurance mandatory? How many uninsured drivers are on the road?
They can't enforce manatory auto insurance how can they enforce gun insuranceWhat you saying Bob?
They will be more determined to take away a Right than a privilege. They can't enforce manatory auto insurance how can they enforce gun insurance
Thats the biggest thing. They always sneak a few of then In another bill on page 20000 or some crap.So a couple things to watch...
1. The assault weapons ban could be a distraction. Meaning that everyone will focus on it and the others will slip under the radar.
2. Did you realize that one of the bills will require all firearms in a vehicle to be cased. Long guns etc. So come hunting season that would get really interesting depending on how the law was written and finally passed.
3. Imagine that in the future companies are anti gun. As a result some insurance companies will not do any work with gun owners. Thus artificially limiting the supply of insurance providers. Limited supply means a higher cost. This could apply to insurance for the gun but also insurance for your house, car, boat, etc.
